  1. I LOVE this! How easy is the pattern? I have tubs and tubs of yarn but I forget stitch names and such because I rarely ever pick up a hook. :/

    1. Thanks!! It is a REALLY easy pattern...the blanket is essentially one giant granny square that you just keep expanding to the size you're after. It's very repetitive and quick to work up, YouTube is my lifeline for how-to crochet patterns, just search for 'granny square crochet tutorial' and I promise you'll get the hang of it super dooper fast :o)

    1. They are aren't they! I have oodles of tiny bits of yarn I can't bear to part with so this has been a fabulous blanket to use up those bits and bobs :o) I'm dreading having to sew in all the ends though hehe

  3. Yes, the colors are marvelous.! I enjoy making granny square lapghans. They make great gifts and, like you said, work up quickly. What's the yarn? It looks like cotton but maybe not.

    1. There is cotton yarn in there, as well as a bit of bamboo and acrylic... whatever I have in my scraps box really :o)
