Wordless Wednesday ~ Cake Fail

Be sure to let your homemade ganache fully thicken before spreading it on your birthday cake ;o) It was still delicious though!

    Looks yummy, Mmm you get to eat the drips and of course in imperfections in the cake too, sounds win win to me :)

      There is (was lol) a triple choc mudcake under all that icing...it was so delicious I think next time I will add too much icing on purpose! :)

    I think we've all done this before. Just a few more minutes of cooling and it would have been runny enough to slide over the cake, but firm enough to stick. Oh well, there's nothing more delicious than chocolate no matter what shape it's in. I bet the cake was fabujous.
